Third Nashville Jersey Revealed!

Back in 2018, we worked with a talented designer who goes by the monicker Sparky Chewbarky online to design our Seattle Draft Tournament theme of potential Seattle NHL team names. You can see the highlights and jerseys from the tournament here.

He has done a ton of jersey concepts over the years, and is a huge fan of the English writer Lewis Caroll, who is famous for writing Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.

He approached us recently with an idea for a jersey theme he had been working on for some time, ironically one we had already been thinking about doing anyways. And thus the concept of the “Jabberwockey Hockey” Draft theme was born for the 2020 Nashville Draft Tournament!

… And since the 2020 Nashville Draft Tournament never happened, we didn’t want the concept to die, and are using it for the 2021 tournament instead!

“Jabberwocky” is a nonsense poem by Lewis Carol featured in the novel Through The Looking Glass (the sequel to Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland). It is meant to be very confusing and like gibberish because Alice is in a world that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. You can hear the poem here to see for yourself!

The third jersey for the tournament is the Rabbits!
